RENISHA NATHAN
Director of Corporate Strategy
Renisha Nathan builds things that work and fixes the ones that don’t. As Director of Corporate Strategy at Russell Glen, she leads the firm’s operations and strategy, turning vision into the systems, plans, and disciplined execution that move complex development work forward.
Renisha’s path to development wasn’t linear. She began her career in aviation, finance, and legal at Southwest Airlines and Goldman Sachs, where she learned compliance, process, and stakeholder alignment. She went on to earn an MS in Agile Project Management, her PMP® certification, and a seat in the Project REAP Fellowship, which grounded her in commercial real estate and the full development lifecycle.
She is most drawn to multifamily and mixed-use development, where community impact, operational complexity, and long-term value come together. Renisha brings structured delivery with a sharp eye for risk, clear communication across owners, contractors, and partners, and a people-first approach to solving problems.
Based in the Dallas area, she’s a proud mom who loves traveling and spending time with family and friends.
